The Indiana real estate licensing exam is administered by Pearson VUE for the Indiana Real Estate Commission (Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, IPLA). The salesperson exam has 130 scored questions, split between a national portion (80 questions) and a Indiana-specific state portion (50 questions), with 240 minutes total (150 min national + 90 min state); 145 total items incl. ~15 unscored pretest allowed. Indiana abolished the salesperson license in 2014, everyone enters as a Broker (mapped to sp), so there is NO separate upper-level exam: the Managing Broker designation requires the same broker exam plus a 24-hour Managing Broker course and (per a July 2025 rule change) 3 years of active licensure, hence null bk exam fields.
